Success rate depends upon the complications you have. You should not think that at the first cycle it self you will conceive.You may have to go several cycle also. I wish all the success in the first cycle it self.

Hi, Just thought of sharing my experience in fighting pcos for the past 6 yrs. Ofcource I'm TTC and ever since have tried most treatments for pcos including alopathy (melmet, IUI -6times, hormone replacement), followed by homeo, ayurveda. I gave up all the treatments recently. PCOS is a lifestyle disease (almost every second womenn has it these days) and the only way to fight it is by exercising & getting the weight down & eating healthy. So before we try IVF I'm trying to getback into shape (I'm over weight by 4kgs). The motivation factor is my colleague who successfully conceived after getting her weight down by gyming. You can take up walking, yoga etc. But please get your weight down before trying to get treated (this is from my personal expereinceafter wasting enough money).
