    Sleep problems

    Children need atleast eight to nine hours of sleep everyday for proper mood, behaviour, memory, attention at school and above all good health. The factors that may disturb their sleep are snoring, feary dreams, and even room temperatures.

    How to practice good sleep?

    1. regular sleep time and regular wake up time.

    2. good bedtime stories will help them to get a sound sleep.

    3. silence

    4. please don't give any caffeine content drink like coffee before they go to bed.

    5. Heavy meals just before sleeping may cause digestion problems and disturb their sleep.

    6. Tv or computer games should be avoided atleast an hour before kids go to bed..This will stop them from getting feary dreams.

    7. See that the room temperature is set right for the kids to get a comfortable sleep.

    1. Encourage regular daily naps. * naps are important for the children every day. a energetic child can't go through without a rest break. a nap make the children o cheer up & they wil feel active too. a lengthy nap will affect the child's night sleep...2. Physical activity * Children who get ample daily exercises, make them to fall asleep more quickly. They will sleep better and stay asleep longer. After wake up, they can feel fresh.

    Hi Suga and sintu

    Thanks for stepping into a very relevant area.

    Proper sleep will enable the entire subsystem in side the body to refresh and await hard work during the day. Our body internals are similar to any mechanical device which will certainly need breaks and overhauling and sleep gets them.

    nalla midhamana iasi kuda nalla thookathai varavaikum(particulara instruments)

    naan idhai follow pandren mind ku nalla relax ah irukum

    nice thread sugi.....u r correct thokkam varama irukira pillaigaluku storie sonna udane thoongiduvanga en son ipo kuda(15 yrs) ovorunal thookam varalana kathai sollungammanu vanthiduvan appurama sollitirukumpothe nalla thoongiduvan....mostly nt tv system munnadi illanale pasanga nalla thoongiduvanga.....thanks dear,,nice sharing
