Re: How to avoid kids getting sick b'se of climatical changes?-discussion

A few tips which i wish to share here...
    rainy and winter season precautions

    1. Don't allow children to eat more sweets and drink chilled beverages.

    2. Add pepper, turmeric and garlic to the daily food content to build disease fighting mechanism inside.

    3. Advise your kids not to be in closer touch with other children who are already suffering from viral diseases.

    4. Clean air and water is very important as most of the diseases are either water-born or air-born.

    summer precautions

1.In summer, frequent intake of natural coolants like tender coconut, lemon or orange juice, buttermilk etc. are essential to maintain the body temperature...

    2. Kids should take a bath atleast twice a day to get rid of sunburns and bacterial infections.

    HI Suga

    Very nice topic dear

Preventing our children from catching a cold seems to be an ongoing task for many parents.

It can be quite trying to take care of the child who is cranky because he is not well.

The best cold cure and prevention is to boost the immune system so give them a
    quality multi vitamin and minerals

Teach them to cover their noses and mouths when sneezing to prevent the spreading of the germs.

Encourage a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables. They are a rich source of immune boosting nutrients

Get your child to do regular exercise like walking and playing outdoor games. Exercise will build up immune cells in the body.

This tips will be used for all the season will wait for other friends to join for a healthy discussion
