    anger management!

    i am getting angry too much nowadays if my dearones not listening to my words or just not hearing properly.

    i know i should not lose my temper, but i cant control it. words just pouring harshly out of mouth. how to handdle this. i dont want to spoil any relation in my family due to this.

    This is quite common with everyone.

    Yes....you should try to control your words when you are in anger.

    Try the below suggestions which may help you to control your anger/words uttered during anger.

    Whenever you get anger and try to frown on others, the first step you can do is, drink 1 glass of water.

    Within that 1 minute, your anger would subside a little and you will not feel like throwing the words out as you felt immediately during the anger.

    The next thing you can follow is, do not open your mouth for atleast 15 - 20 minutes.

    Don't talk to anyone.

    Concentrate on any other work or just listen to some music.

    The opponent themselves will understand your anger and their mistake.

    After 1/2 an hour you can pin point their mistake and that time, you will surely not scold them as you like. The words from your mouth will be in moderate.
