I think this is too early. Try from 10th month if you really wants too. If not from one year its fine. Its JMO.

I started after one year. Not much struggle. He learnt quickly.

Every one hour makes her to sit in the bathroom. Open the tap or some other technics you used with her. saying shh shh like that.

try to sit her in the bathroom for pooping also. you know the timing i think. tell her often that she has to go to bathrooom for peeing etc. mmedaitely after wake up from sleep tahe her to bathroom.I used to do like that. nothing special i have opted. But still he is not sitting in the toilet seat.he is fearing.

Try to get potty seat for babies if you want.

My post wont help you great. But shared my experience. even for my niece we did the same.

    Swetha,
Go to lilypie, baby gaga websites. goog;e it you find more.

Choose the ticker kids and babys birthday. you fill and select the pictures for tickers etc.

you get your ticker. Copy paste the BB code in your signature.( Go to you profile and click add signature and write or copy paste BB code you wish too)

But external links are not allowed.

Hi Swetha..Priya & Deepa are right...she is too early for potty training but i have also seen kids doing it with elder's help in my family....You can train her from one year onwards. buy potty chair or potty seat, which will help her in initial stage. do teach her some diff name for this job to make it easy for her, to tell you when she wants to rush..

Initially you will find it tough..once when they catch it..becomes easy job...whenever she makes on her own do appreciate her, if she fails dont scold her...

    Swetha,
agree with Ganga. Forgot to mention in my reply.

As Ganga said appreciate her , dont scold. When she fails tell her that she has to go to bathroom with a hug. It helps.

If my son fail when npbody is around or away he take a cloth and clean that area.
But never mind for cloth. If he doesnot find the cleaning cloth ,He take my saree or his dress , towel whichever he sees first.

Whistling may help potty-train your baby in nine months!

Whistling may help potty-train your baby in nine months!

Whistling to babies could have them potty-trained and out of nappies in just nine months, a new study has found.

A study of Vietnamese families credited whistling with getting babies out of diapers by just nine months.

Swedish researchers in the Journal of Pediatric Urology reported that potty training in Vietnamese families started almost from birth, with mothers making a whistling sound when their child gave a sign that they needed to go, the 'Daily Mail' reported.

The children associated the whistling with urinating, and by the age of nine months, they were able to keep dry Ė as long as they were regularly reminded to sit on their potty.

The researchers said that while Western babies are potty trained later now than in the past, early toilet training has traditionally been regarded as a badge of pride in Vietnam.

As well as saving on the cost of nappies and the time spent changing them, learning to control the bladder very early in life may be better for urinary health, researchers said.

In the past, potty training often started before the age of one. But today's mothers are advised to wait until their child is 18 months to two years old - and many begin even later.
