    hi soorya welcome to Penmai.com!

Only 7 hours sleeping is very low only. Is she drinking milk well, check her and change the nappies as soon as it was wet. Because the climate is cool now know, so it may make her awake soon.. Make her to feel warm by covering properly.

Whether she is crying during in nights after getting up or simply playing..

Here is a tip to find out whether only wetted nappies causing sleep disturbance.. Put pampers or huggies one day to check whether she is getting undisturbed sleeps.. if she sleeps well then the wetted nappies are the problem, so you need to change it as soon as possible.

pls note, don't use it as habbit of wearing huggies or pampers regularly it may cause health issues, use it only in unavoidable situations.

    Newborn-2 Month Sleep Tips

    • Newborns sleep in 2- to 4-hour intervals, waking up to eat.
    • Babies this age tend to stir and look restless during sleep. Because of reflexes they can't control, it's common to see them twitch their arms and legs, smile and make sucking noises.
    • Newborns aren't born knowing how to soothe themselves to sleep, so you may need to help, with tricks like using a pacifier, swaddling, rocking and breastfeeding. Remember, there's no such thing as spoiling a newborn, so it's OK to cuddle baby to help her doze off.

Welcome to Penmai.....Soorya.....and Congrats for your new baby.....

As Rudhra has said, bed wetting must be the prominent reason, for her sleeplessness......try the method suggested by her.......this will workout very well.....

Along with this, the baby will also be hungry then and there.....Even in between the night time, she may be hungry.....so you may need to feed her......the hungriness differs from child to child......

First check with her nappies, then, you may feed her also.....

Hope these would be helpful for you.
