    Pregnancy Prediabetes

    What type of diet plan should be followed by Women diagonized with Prediabetes during 3rd Trimester?

    congrats on your pregnancy vimal!! as your are victimed to gestational diabetes, Avoid foods and beverages with added sugar, corn syrup, honey, molasses, or maple syrup, or jams and jellies.

    To keep your glucose level in a healthy range, you may have to limit carbohydrates (breads, cereal, fruit, and milk), boost your protein (eggs, cheese, peanut butter, nuts) , and possibly avoid fruit and juice altogether.

    Milk is high in lactose, a simple sugar, so you may need to limit the amount you drink and find an alternative source of calcium

    Avoid eating fruits like mango, sapota banana which are high in sugar.
