    Iron

Iron is an another important nutrition during your pregnancy. Iron is essential to produce hemoglobin, RBC (Red Blood Cell) which carries oxygen by the bloodstream. During pregnancy, Hemoglobin is much needed to supply your baby with oxygen. Importantly, your fetus also uses the Iron for builing its own blood supply.

Every Pregnant lady should intake 30 mgs of Iron Rich foods per day.

Some of the Iron Rich Foods are:

    • Dried Fruits
    • Lean Red Meat
    • Dried Beans and Pasta
