To be vegetarian while pregnant is advisable . Also pregnant women should stay hydrated always, as it will lower their risk of having a C-section, and complications in the unborn baby’s health. Vegetables and fruits should be washed with care to remove all the dirt and chemicals on it . With new technology a vegetables & fruit wash i.e, ozone disinfection technology effectively kills bacteria, viruses, fungus and other pathogens from the surface of vegetables, fruits and meat.
