    Three ways to reduce tension !

    There are three ways to change your emotional state and feel happier.

    T - change your thoughts. If you are tense because you are imagining things you don't want to happen and exactly what you would have to do to make it so.
    E - change your emotions directly. Watch a funny movie or a stand-up comedian, make love, do something else you enjoy
    A - change your actions. Put a smile on your face. Stop slouching and sit up straight. Do some exercise. Write a journal (proven to be very beneficial)

    If your tension is caused by the way you have got your life arranged right now e.g you're in a relationship where you are being abused instead of cared for and supported or you are doing a job that isn't a good fit for your personality and interests you may have to make some more fundamental changes.
