Best Ways to Control Anger
Anger is one among the most destructive emotion and is a natural reaction towards the perceived presages. It is considered to be one of the biggest hurdle to career and personal success. Sometimes it is very tough to control our anger when everything goes around us. It causes our body to release Adernaline (fight-or-fight) hormone which increases heart rate, blood pressure and muscle tension etc. Anger can be a reason for other emotions like depression, sadness, frustration etc. It can be a problem only when a person canít manage it in a healthy way. Method of controlling anger varies from person to person it depends on how people handle it.
Here are some tips that can help you handle your tough time on anger.
1) Write down all the thoughts
If we are angry with some one then we should write it down on the paper. It will also helps us to write those things which we can not express in front of that person. After writing all the happenings, we can feel better. And it is a truth that after the solution of that problem if we read that note, we will really enjoy it.
