    • Green Gram (பாசிப்பயறு) - 1/2 Kg
    • Kasa Kasa - 50 gm
    • Wild Turmeric (Kasturi Manjal) - 1/2 Kg
    • Korai Kizhangu (கோரைக்கிழங்கு) - 50 gm
    • Puthina Leaves - A Bunch
    • Raw Rice (பச்சரிசி) - 100 gm
    • Rose Petals - 1/2 Kg
    • Sambha Wheat - 1/4 Kg

    How to Make

    • First Clean and wash the beans and soak it overnight or for 7-8 hours. Next Day Drain the water completely. And Use a Wet cotton cloth, transfer the beans in it to sprout green gram. Use this Sprouted Green gram to make Nalangu Maavu.
    • Likewise, Clean & Rinse all the other Ingredients to remove the dirt, if any!

    • Then Spread the Sprouted green gram & other items(Except Rose Petals & Mint Leaves) in a paper and sun dry it for a day or two till crisp.

    • Wash Rose Petals & Mint Leaves and Shadow dry till completely dry.
    • Powder it finely in a mixer. If you are unable to grind it fine in your mixer, you can give it to a near by mill and grind it.
    • Store the powder in an airtight box.

    How to Use

    • Scoop the mixture and rub it all over the body like soap and wash it off. You will find great difference in your skin texture if you use regularly.

    NOTES:

    1. Sun drying the ingredients till crisp is very important.
    2. We always make this Nalangu Maavu powder for one year. You can transfer it to a container for daily use and keep the rest airtight in another container.
    3. Use Panneer Roses for this bath powder.
    4. To Prevent Anti-Ageing, Use this powder with milk.
    5. To Prevent Blackheads, Use this along with curd.
