My Secrets of conceiving

1. Atthi palam, apple, orange, dates, maathulai, kismis palam all kind of fruits daily

2. Cauliflower, keerai, muttaikose, mullangi, carrot, beans, pasum paal allkind of vegetables daily.

3. Moong dhal, pasi paruppu, sambar paruppu, ulunthu daily

4. Payir vagaigal, pasi payir, mochhai, thaniya vagai aviththathu daily.

5. 1 hour walking + yoga pose daily compulsory.

6. Doctor’s prescribed Tablets – Yasin for first 2 months, Folic acid every month, From 3rd month period letsi 2.5mg – 10 tablets from 3 to 7 days from period, daily 2 tablets (female), For male speman daily 2 tablets, geriforte – 1 tablets.

7. 30 days cycle (30-16 = 14th day ovulation) ITC on 10-18 days. Less 16 days from period for ovulation approx.

8. Ovulation symptoms – mucus/watery/abdomen pain

9. Susten 200 mg daily night for 15 days from 3rd day after confirmed ovulation.

10.If period not comes within a week from stopping susten test home pregnancy test.

11. Guidance from fertility doctor
I followed these for 6 months and conceived. Now am 4 months of pregnancy.
