Green Pea Soup

Fresh peas - 1 cup
Finely chopped onion - 1
Mint - few sprigs
Garlic, chopped - few cloves
Low fat milk - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste

- Boil the peas, cool and preserve the water. Saute garlic and onions in a pan until soft and brown.
- Add the peas and saute for a few minutes and then cool. Blend the mixture and make a puree.
- Add low fat milk, mint leaves, and salt. Boil and chill. Serve.
