    PCOS become very common problem nowadays. Hormonal therapy, diet, exercise these three will give fast result. My friends had PCOS, they were on regular treatment. Now enjoying their motherhood.

    hi kalpu sree,
    Reducing weight is little difficult task. if u concentrate on diet, it will get reduce. I will tel u some i followed to reduce weight. Avoid junk foods,snacks.If u r taking food with your diet plan, u may get hungry in between ur food. At that time, take fruits,salads,fresh juices should be taken. Split your meals into 5 or 6 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Do exercises and walking for atleast 45 min in the morning and 45 min in the evening. Thats it.

    hi all,
    i am trying to reduce weight using hebal life... woud like to share some tips given to me

    1. drink tea empty stomach
    2. breakfast should be taken before 9.
    3. 9-1 drink lots of fluids

    4. 1-3 have your lunch
    5. 3-7 no solids should be taken .. only buttermilk or water (2 liters)
    6. dinner before 8
    7. tea should be taken before each meal

    i tried this and started lost 7 kgs in a month

    Hello buddies,

    Dont get depressed, that you were not able to reduce your weight.

    Its upto your will power.

    If you search in internet, you will find too many things to do, which is actually not possible and it will lead you to be more confused.

    Weight loss should be a slow process, it should not be a sudden change. If it is sudden change, it many affect the hormones and will make to gain weight, once you stop.

    Tips :
    1) Start your day with 2-3 cup warm water.
    2) Have oats/2 roti for breakfast.
    3) Drink a litre of water before meal and a cup of green tea. [NOTE : skip green tea, if you are taking follic acid and iron or ttc]
    4) Have 2-3 chappathi for lunch
    5) Have a litre of water
    6) Have fruits/vegetables which is rich in follic acid [or any fruit] to suppress hunger feel.
    7) Have oats /chappathi for dinner.

    Try avoiding junk food. Its not like, you have to avoid junk food and rice completely. Reduce it gradually.

    Once in a while, you can take junk food and rice.

    Dont forgot to utilize the chances of doing exercise, like just a walk, using stairs,etc


    Just give a try,

    For sure, you will notice good change within 2 months.
