a. Bottle gourd is a great friend for weight loss seekers.
It's juice, unmixed with any other vegetable or fruit juices, is a great coolant. However, experts warn against consuming fresh lauki which is bitter!
The ideal way is to cook bottle gourd with or without other vegetables for all its low calorie nutrition.
b. Broccoli contains vitamin C, vitamin A (mostly as beta-carotene), folic acid, calcium, and fibre. It is great for salads, curries and soup
c. To many vegetarians mushrooms are meat! It's time to grab a few and throw in to your diet. Low in fat and calories, mushrooms have iron, proteins and the fullness of fibre.

Morning Banana Diet is a famous yet simple form of diet wherein you have only bananas and water for breakfast.
You eat everything else as you do normally ending your diet before 8pm. However, we do not recommend this plan.
We recommend using unripe bananas in the diet for weight loss. Of course, we mean cooking them.
Bananas are high energy foods with lots of nutrients. Of course their energy making is related to their starch.
However, UNRIPE bananas contain resistant starch which aid weight loss.
The resistant starch foods
1. slows digestion,
2. give low calories, (The average number of calories absorbed from resistant starch is 2 calories per gram, compared to 4 calories per gram of normal carbohydrates)
3.and reduces hunger pangs!
