I am trying to lose, and here are some food that helped me to loss weight healthily.

  1. Honey with hot water + lemon
  2. Morning break fast will be mostly Idli, dosa or chappathi etc. Planning to change it in to fermented rice or fermented Kambu.
  3. For lunch it will be Sambar, rasam or any dhal kootu with some vegetable poriyal.
  4. For evening a cup of tea with 2 to 3 biscuits.
  5. For dinner it will be Wheat rava upma, raagi dosa, wheat flour dosa, raagi sevai or chapathi.

Do share your recipes, which helped you to lose weight. If possible share the preparation method also with good combination or side dishes that suits it correctly.
