    hi friends
    my son is very lean
    he is 26 years old
    we are seeking alliance for his marriage
    due to his lean personality many alliance dropped
    please anybody can give me suggesstion how to increase his weight
    his height is 6.1 ft

    i habe tried this for so many times but couldn't complete. usually i stop at third or fourth day

    Day Five Today is a day to rice and tomatoes. Eat one cup of rice. Combine this with six whole tomatoes. Today you need to increase your water intake as you need to cleanse your system of the uric acid you will be producing.

    Day Six Today is a day to rice and vegetables. You need to eat one cup of rice and eat all the cooked and uncooked vegetables you like to eat.

    Day Seven Today you may eat your some brown rice, fruit juices and all type of the vegetables you want to eat.

    Tomorrow morning you will feel much lighter with totally different personality with a very positive energy level and possibly you will lose weight with 5 - 8 kgs.

    GM Diet Plan Day 6:

    This is the 6th day of GM Die Plan and you are almost done with the diet. Today is a day to eat brown rice and vegetables. It is OK to eat as much as brown rice along with vegetables. Your body will also get fiber and vitamins from vegetables that you will eat today. This is the time when your body has given you a good weight loss up to now. You should compare your weight today from the day one. And you will also be surprised to see that your skin too is glowing as you have eaten lots of fruits and vegetables till now.

    Today again you are required to drink extra glasses of water as you will need to flush it out extra uric acid that your body will be producing.

    Breakfast : You may start your morning with a large bowl of cooked or uncooked vegetables along with a portion of brown rice and soya bean.

    Lunch : At the lunch time again you may have brown rice, soya beanwith vegetables. You may consume all type of vegetables except potatoes. A bowl of brown rice with broccoli can also be a good choice at this time.

    Dinner : At the dinner time you may have again a cup of brown rice and vegetable soup. This is time when you body may require the protein, iron and fiber.

    GM Diet Plan Day 6:

    This is the 7th day of GM Diet Plan and you are finishing your GM diet by today.

    Today you can have Brown rice, vegetables and fruits. Two cups of brown rice may be consumed together with unlimited servings of vegetables and fruits. Fruit juice may also be taken along with 8-10 glasses of water.

    oh.. pooo80, try it for the complete 7 days, sure there will be a good results.

    Mostly peoples lose it because of appetite. so only thing is whenever you feel hungry eat as much as fruits or veggeis as per the day.

    yeah thats true yeena, you can try losing weight and maintain it by doing exercise regularly. if there is no exercise sure the you will gain the weight again within a week or two.
