    weight loss weight loss weight loss

    hai iam gopinath new member to penmai website...

    now a days many people want to reduce their weights and want to look slim and fit.

    weight reduction is not a tough task.

    i have reduced 10kgs of my body weight within 4 months.

    u can also do it.

    my humble request ..
    1.dont skip ur food
    2.dont go for any weight loss drinks
    3.dont strain suddnely by doing more workouts

    How did you reduce Gopinath, please give us some tips. Coz i am desperately wanting to reduce my weight. I am 36 years weighing 87 kgs.

    hai laxmi & hema,

    first reduce your daily intake food to 50%...drink more water
    start with brisk walking daily 30mins

    u will start reducing ur weight gradually by 0.5kg per week

    i wanna reduce weight. pls help me

    age - 24
    height - 156cm
    weight - 75
    daily activites - im home maker. just doing house work and walking for 4 days for 30 mins

    food habits - breakfast - 2 idly and 1 dosa

    lunch - limited

    dinner - 2 or 3 chappathy or dosai
