    10. Concentrate on blue color


    This may look weird but this has been searched and noticed that vibrant colors such as red, purple etc bring more visitors to eat more and attract thus encourage eating on the other hand blue is considered to be appetite suppressant which make the person to eat calmly and less. So plan dinner table set in blue color and many more things such as clothes. This way is not practiced much but it really works if we keep a check.

    Hi all

    I am new to this forum I am a Qualified Gym instructor .

    Targetting one part of body to loose weight is quite difficult. However weight training will increase your metabolic rate even whil you rest (sleeping, sitting).Weight training will also tone your body and strengthen your joints.

    For Abs, the best excerise is Abs crunch, or abs pull ups. Hang your self on a bar, and raise your Knees and touch your chin, this is a ver effective way to reduce fat arouns your abs!

    Well, Now a days people are became modern to their own life.In this case they faces so many problems.there are one of the biggest problem is fitness problem.Building a body fit you have to maintain some rules......such as you have to take regular physical exercise, then you can drink water as you can, talk walk so more than you can.these types of process take your life smooth and easier, thank you.

    I can do all of the above things in the list except no 4 & 9. As I am working in office for 10 hours and I don't get time for these two.
