    First of all I want to tell you people that there is a big difference in weight loss and fat loss. Fat loss means losing unnecessary fat from the body and keeping body in a healthy shape. Juice cleanse detox is a natural and very shape method for those people who are suffering from heavy weight problem. It enhances the fat burning enzymes in the body and enhances our overall health and fitness.
