    hi anjana
    welcome i have started my dieting 4 days back with 1200-1400 cal intake and 30 min walking now lost 0.9 kg.

    Hi poo, thats great to hear that you have lost 0.9 kgs.keep it up

    How are you coping with then holiday feasting ??

    My weight as of today is 71.4 kgs.I intend to lose 4 kgs by Jan31st

    regarding today's diet:

    I had proper bf,lunch and dinner.Except that I didnt eat any sweet and fried food.Otherwise had normal homemade food

    Exercise: None :(

    hi anjana i am taking normal diet only but in reduced quantites. to cut down calories i am eating more fruits and vegetables than carbohydrates.

    Hi,

    You found great weight loss since you shifted your eating habits. This might be because you changed your eating habits and your system coped up with the sudden shift by loosing weight. Now you are not finding any difference in your weight, your weight is stagnant now and you have lots of chances to regain atleast half of your lost weight again. So this is the time for you to improve your metabolism. Improving metabolisng will subsequently result in burning more calories and hence will lead you to loose those extra pounds.

    Try to improve your metabolism by continuing your healthy diet, drink plenty of water and workout. The diet plan is more veggies and fruits, more water, more fibre, protein rich food for breakfast, early dinner, small portions of frequent meal, green tea. Hope it helps.
