    It is a list of 12 power packedfoods which comprises of all food groups such as vitamins, mineral, fiber and proteins. These foods are known as ‘super foods.’The word Abs power diet is actually an acronym for 12 super foods:
    A: Almonds and other nuts
    B: Beans and other pulses
    S: Spinach and other green, leafy vegetables
    D: Dairy (skimmed, fat free, low fat)
    I: Instant hot oat cereal
    E: Eggs
    T: Turkey
    P: Peanut butter
    O: Olive oil
    W: Wholegrain breads and cereals

    Have a high protein food for breakfast, this includes hard boiled egg, pulses, peanut butter sandwich or a hand full of peanuts. High protein for breakfast will not only help you to loose weight but also it will reduce your craving in the evening for unhealthy snacks.

    Vegetable soup inbetween breakfast and lunch.

    Wide variety of vegetables variying in colour, spinach and white meat for lunch with small portion of rice or anyother carb.

    Avoid caffeine and have green tea.

    hello kalpana ravi,
    As gayathri said...drink more water...it plays a major role in lossing weight....I am giving u one suggestion regarding this...dont drink cold water instead try to take the water which is little hot....if u regularly drink this water...then ur extra fats will be removed in the form of urine....
    Some other foods which help in loosing weight are...

    Visit Baba Ramdev's website. He is having ayurvedic medicine for weight loss. But he also insists to do pranayam and yoga along with the medicine. You can find his video in you tube for weight loss. You can buy these medicines online also.
