    Hi,

    Commonly, some of them, start the plan without thinking in means that - They think only result oriented.

    They don't think which one is suitable to our health.

    Afterwards they said, i tired those thing but no results. They change the items simultaneously that's not good one to health.

    That's the reason i raised this question which one is common and healthier one!

    Which one is common and healthier one is should be decide one's own decision then only it gives positive result I think so..,(they only know health conditions)

    Many of them suggest weight loss products.
    Weight loss products is not good one in my view because it create side effects in future. so kindly ignore it.

    Kindly think your way which type of food item is good and also workouts to comfortable way do it.

    Don't waste your money for reduce your weight.
    Everything in your hands and thinking in your mind and heart.

    Hi Wisteria,
    Agreeing with Sumitras words. We cant try and follow all the FREE ADVICES. First of all, we should search ourselves for good suitable diet, that should give energy, as well as we should not feel tired after walking. Our diet should be balanced with less calories. At the same time the craving for food items should not arise! For that the only way is no fasting, no feasting. Let us try this for 3 months, if there is no better result, we will change our plan. Fast reduction in weight will definitely has its own side effects. Walk & Yoga is enough for weight reduction,,,. Diet control should be to only avoid fried items, processed foods, Fast foods,, as excess of anything is dangerous.
    I gained steadily from 65 to 84 in 4 years span. Now at 77-79 area from last December. I reduced my fried/oily intake to 2 servings in a month. Walking i regularly doing for 5 years. Since we are cooking in kitchen, tempt to taste foods more, which is an added reason for over eating. So we can go for liquid diet of 1 week in-between after checking our weight!! till then we will see with regular plan!

    Todays menu:
    6.15 Tea
    8.15 2 methi dosai (as it needs less oil)
    10.00 Waliking for 40 mins
    11.30 2 cucmbers, with pepper + black salt
    2.30 Rajma rice 1 small cup +200 ml buttermilk
    4.00 Walk for 20 mins
    6.30 Tea
    8.45 1 phulka roti + dhal
    9.30 Milk 1 cup

    Coffee
    Dosa -2
    Curd rice with vazhakkai
    Coffee
    Curd rice with pasipayaru

    No walking.

    Today's food

    Tea - 6.30
    Oats -9.00
    Green tea - 11.30
    veg salada - 1.00
    Green tea -3.00
    Oats 6.30

    Walking - No

    Tommorrow onwards start walking poorna.

    So we can go for liquid diet of 1 week in-between after checking our weight!! till then we will see with regular plan!


    could you tell about the liquid diet items?

    மனசால நினைக்கனும்

    நம்முடைய உடல் எடையை குறைக்கவேண்டுமெனில் உளரீதியாக நினைக்க வேண்டும் என்கின்றனர் வல்லுநர்கள். அப்பொழுதுதான் நாவை கட்டுப்படுத்தமுடியும். அதை விடுத்து கண்ட நேரத்தில் கண்டதையும் சாப்பிட்டுவிட்டு பின்னர் உடல் எடையை குறைக்க முயற்சி எடுப்பதில் எந்த பலனும் இல்லை என்கின்றனர் நிபுணர்கள். எனவே உடல் எடை குறைப்பு பயிற்சியை முதலில் நம்மிடம் இருந்தே தொடங்கவேண்டும்.


    Whenever i eat/ate sweet items, i remember this words poorna..,
    In the time of diwali week, i read this words again and again for try to reduce tempt to eat sweets even though i ate it.

    Now, I feel,

    This is your healthy life whatever it is in your hand.
    So, think and do it.
    Don't allow confuse yourself otherwise you will lose peace.

    now a days I think it myself poorna..,

    Am in stress about losing weight. If am stress, it won't give positive result I know...,

    Green tea - 11.30
    Chappathi 2 and tomato soap - 1.00
    Green tea -3.00
    Buttermilk /viva- 5.00
    Oats - 7.00

    walk 2 hours

    Hi poorna,

    By god grace, my weight is maintaining the same 78kgs.
    As per my first plan, i have 37 days to reduce remaining 3kgs.
    I would like to check my weight on Dec 1.

    Let us see what happen..,

    Hi friends,

    Today i read one story, i would like to share in this place..,

    BE DEAF TO NEGATIVITY - MOTIVATIONAL STORY.

    Once upon a time there was a bunch of tiny frogs who arranged a running competition. The goal was to reach the top of a very high tower. A big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer on the contestants.


    The race began…


    Honestly, No one in crowd really believed that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower. crowd yelled statements such as:


    “Oh, WAY too difficult!!!”


    “They will NEVER make it to the top.”


    “Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!”


    The tiny frogs began collapsing. One by one. Except for those, who in a fresh tempo, were climbing higher and higher.


    The crowd continued to yell, “It is too difficult!!! No one will make it!


    More tiny frogs got tired and gave up. But ONE continued higher and higher and higher. This one wouldn’t give up!


    At the end everyone else had given up climbing the tower. Except for the one tiny frog who, after a big effort, was the only one who reached the top! THEN all of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this one frog managed to do it?


    A contestant asked the tiny frog how he had found the strength to succeed and reach the goal? It turned out. That the winner was DEAF!!!





    Moral of the Story


    Never listen to other people’s tendencies to be negative or pessimistic. because they take your most wonderful dreams and wishes away from you — the ones you have in your heart!


    Always think of the power words have. Because everything you hear and read will affect your actions! Therefore, ALWAYS BE POSITIVE!


    Be DEAF when people tell YOU that you cannot fulfill your dreams! Always think: God and I can do this!
