    Missing u too!!! busy with functions, the best part is I STILL MAINTANED MY DIETS,,, (no other options for maintaing weight./achiving our goal) I could not update in thread. Sorrypa!

    Todays menu,
    Full liquid diet:-
    6.30 Lemon tea(to avoid milk)
    8.30 2bitterguard's juice liquidated +salt +pepper
    10.30 Tomato soup
    12.30 Buttermilk 300ml (neermor)
    2.30 mix vegetable soup(carrot+cabbage+ sweet corns)
    5.30 lemonade
    8.30 fruit chat (papaya, Apple, guava)
    ( This is to compensate my yesterdays diet chaneges, as i took 1 idly +pongal at b'fast, lunch with Rice, sambar, curd,veggies, dinner was oats kanji - but the lunch was heavier side)

    viva-9.00
    Chappathi -2
    Green tea -11.00
    Chappathi -3 -!.00
    Green tea - 3.00
    Butter milk - 5.00
    porridge - 7.00

    walk 1hour 30 minutes.

    Todays menu,
    Full liquid diet:-

    your liquid diet seems to good, Are you comfortable in this diet.
    Am not suitable to liquid diet like this because am lazy to make this type of items poorna.

    Cooking is also an exercise-right?? So i am doing exercisepa!!
    S, i am fomfortable as it will drain out all the oils & overeated from our body. If you continue it for 3 days u will definitely feel the difference, but milk/milk products should be avoided. I do it partially, as i have to take milk or buttermilk regularly. i am thinking to go for liquid diets for whole week! Sunday to sunday! dont know weather it will be possible, as there are some puja functions are in-between! Let me try atleast!!

    6.00 Tea
    8.30 Brown bread with Mayonnaise
    11.30 Apple 1 no
    2.30 Sambar + 2 rotis
    5.30 Tea
    7.30 Oats porridge + fruits
    9.00 Small cup double toned milk

    yeah poorna, it also one kind of exercise.
    now am trying to avoid milk, tea aand coffee.
    past two days am comfortable.
    Tmw onwards, i would like to cut the viva also.

    Parasakthi, suggests the horsegram diet. it's effective one but heat to me.
    Weekly once or twice in the week is good i think so.
    In that links, receipes are good to prepare easy way.

    Today's menu:-
    6.30 Lemonade
    8.30 2 slice brownbread +cucumber, carrot, tomato, onion as sandwich
    11.30 2 oranges
    2.30 2 roti + boiled channa + curd
    6.30 4-5 almonds with cornflakes
    8.30 Ragi dosai 2 with saambar
    10.00 Milk 150ml

    Hi poorna,

    Yesterday i ate kozhukkattai (5) that was my lunch and dinner dosa (3).
    I tempt to ate these foods but i ate limited.
    I try to take avoid it afterwards.

    Today morning also ate dosai (3).
    It's not good i felt after breakfast poorna.

    Nice pooh, my favorite toons till now.
