    You have decide any time limit for weight loss.
    I think about that but i don't fix confidently.
    My first schedule, i need to reduce 3kgs.

    I feel too much worry about this.
    Am able to reduce or not.
    First i need to change this type of feeling then only am able to achieve, I think so..,

    Poorna, i have a lot of schedules but am not follow it strictly so, i meet failures only.
    But In this time I need to change it.

    I would like to share my plan poorna,

    15th Nov to dec1- 2kg (to become 76kg)
    Dec 2 to dec 15th- 1kg (t
    o become75kg) ---> my first plan (60 days over)

    Dec 16 to dec 31- 1kg (
    to become74 kg)
    Jan1 to jan 10 - 1kg (
    to become73)
    Jan11 to jan 31 - 2kgs (
    to become 71kgs).
    Feb 1 to feb 15 - 2kgs (
    to become69kgs.)
    Feb 16 to 28 - one kgs (
    to become-68).
    March 1 to 15th - one kgs (
    to become 67kgs)
    March 16 to 30th - 2kgs
    to (become 65kgs.)

    Approxmiately 5 months to reduce 15kgs in my plan.
    Monthly maximum 3kgs according to my schedule poorna.

    Could you help me to support and motivate to reduce my weight as per this schedule poorna?

    Frist suggest me, my schedule is good and it is possible to do successfully.

    If it is possible you think, Kindly remember me again and again to motivate to acheive it through this plan.

    Could you have any plan?

    Today, i decide one thing as per my schedule.

    15th Nov to dec1- 2kg (to become 76kg)

    I don't want to update everyday food items and workouts.
    I would like to do strictly follow these things upto nov 31.

    Two hours walking
    Weekly thrice clean the house.

    Food items are, Oats, porridge, beans, carrot, Green tea, vazhaithandu juice weekly twice, dosa - 2, buttermilk, viva.

    That's all for 15days.

    LET SEE, I CAN REDUCE 2KGS ON DEC Ist.



    I will update on my weight on Dec 1st.

    Ideal food, + 10naalukku oru thadavai weight paartha podhum,, naan ippo romba walk paanurathillai, veetileye, yoga pannarenma! kulir athigamaayiduche, veyil nerathile velaigal walk seivathai pinnukku thalli vidugirathu,,,,romba nadanthaal cramps varuthumma! sarippa, ippo naan monday weight paarthuttu update pannaren, monday la irunthu menu maatri paarpome,, konjam samaichu exercise pannunuvompa! OKva? 10days dietkku apparam 2 days regular food,,,morning tea(try to avoid milk), then soup unlimited, apparam 2 roti, boiled vegetables, dal 50gms, evning soup, night saladnnu mudichukkalam, fruits calories athigamaakum, so we will avoid that too,
    WHAT IS YOUR OPINION?????

    yes poorna, i need to reduce 3kgs a month .
    i think it possible atleast reduce 2kgs per month that why i fix three kgs per month.

    past two days i followed as per my plan poorna.

    konjam samaichu exercise pannunuvompa! OKva? 10days dietkku apparam 2 days regular food,,,morning tea(try to avoid milk), then soup unlimited, apparam 2 roti, boiled vegetables, dal 50gms, evning soup, night saladnnu mudichukkalam, fruits calories athigamaakum, so we will avoid that too,

    okay this is right one.
    I stop the milk for first 15days poorna.
    Today raining as well as shutdown so no workout, i worry about this.
    Try to go after dinner 30min atleast.

    fruits only helps to maintaing weight poorna. it's not help to reduce weight as my part.

    Take care of your workouts, which one is comfort do that thing one.

    i agree with you.
    let start this plan poorna.

    everyday updating is little tough to me, i will update week end what are the foods and work out ate on the week poorna.

    little work in coming weeks poorna.
    when i have a time i will update it.

    routine workouts poorna,

    I have seen your plan to reduce the weight. It is tough to reduce as this can not be done in few days.

    I was 83 after my pregnancy but i have reduced it to 68kg but it takes for me 8 months. Also, dont take too much effort because it may reduce your immune power.

    You can take idli, oats, chappati for morning and night and rice in afternoon. Avoid junk foods and do exercise atleast 20 minutes in a day. Eat apples it can help in reducing your weight.

    These are the things i followed to reduce my weight. still i am following it to make my weight 65kg.

    Thanks poorna, still i need to reduce 3 kgs but it was very tough for me to maintain the diet because i have to look after my kids but i made it.

    Sarojini, Thank you for this nice suggestion.
    surely, it helps a lot and gives energy to us.

    I accept one thing, reduce the weight takes time.
    I have little desire start from my heart why not reduce 2kg to 3kgs per month.That the reason i prepared that time schedule.
    I know that it takes time to reduce because am reduced 16kgs in 10months.
    After june my weight is just roll on 80 to 78.
    It will not reduce because am not follow proper diet.

    And one another thing is, In my family members everyone is look fat. They said it's heredity.
    Before starting diet i consult the doctor and there is no problem in my health.
    They said go walk regularly and take only healthy foods .(avoid sweets and junk foods)
    It only helps to reduce.

    September 2012 onwards i started to watch my food controls sarojini.
    Still am struggle with my weight.

    Sarojini you suggested good thing.

    Am totally think only about my weight loss because who are seeing me they only talk with me about reduce your weight (topic only) that why i get pressured and again and again change the food items.

    Hey sarojini, little boredom in my story excuse me.

    Am always think only weight loss that is my difficult.
    just change my mind set and concentrate other things only relieve and come out from this thought.

    Are you following as per our schedule for 10 days?
    Still you didn't check your weight.

    Previous days , completely follow as per your schedule but am not able to avoid tea. so yesterday i take it tea half cup.
    I don't know about today (tea).

    Regular walking two hours poorna.
    Morning - chappathi
    lunch - veg salads and soup
    evening -tea
    Dinner - veg salads.
    Green tea in morning.

    As per your suggested food i following ...,
