    Hi Wisteria,
    Was down with fever for 3days, so cant update /follow diet plan, seen my weight, it s rolling with 76-76.5. Will see strict from now, as i am not strict in walking time. Seems with little effort, will reach 65s faster!! May be by march'14?? Fever didnt allow me to stick to my plan, buti had rice kanji, tea, brown bread as intake, severe tiredness, will be back to routine in 2-3 days it seems!
    Keep it up Wisteria,,,seems deepavali spoilt my plan much, as i had lot of sweets, and toffees, so i checked only weight, not my sugar levels,,,

    Don't worry about weight loss shall we acheive our goal with perfect health condition.

    so, first concentrate your health condition afterwards, shall we start poorna...

    today same plan but i walked one hour only.
    tmw i don't go for walk i think so...,

    Hi poorna,

    How is your health? poorna..,
    previous days same plan but i include tea one time per day.
    Today also same diet
    Greentea, chappathi, buttermilk, tea, veg salads, dosa -3.
    Past two days no walk.
    Today also.




    I start my walking on tomorrow or day after day because raining.

    Hi wisteria,
    Am fine now ,,, my dieting , walking plans changed a lot!
    Today i had
    2 slice of brown bread with ketchup as breakfast, followed by tomato soup at 11, then had 2 rotis with dal, raita..
    Planning to hav "pachaipayaru sundal-100gms" with Tea in eveing, Dinner is "gothumai dosa".

    Usual same food items but no walking.
    I will start tomorrow onwards. I think so..,

    your dieting plan changed, it also seems to nice.
    Take your food diet as per your sugar level poorna.

    Hi Wisteria,
    My today's menu was Breakfast Cornflakes with apple, coffee with bisucts at 11.30, lunch- maggie(for a change), corn Soup at 4.30, Dinner will be roti2 +slad+ raita , Milk at 10..
    Wisteria, diet may change,,, sugar levels hav to control,, am not taking any medicines for sugar. Taking one bitterguard juice at morning prior to breakfast.

    buttermilk,
    veg salads-lunch
    dosa-3 -night

    Chappathi-2 - 10.00
    Chappathi -2-12.30
    Dosa 3 - 3.00
    Buttermilk/tea -5.00
    Dosa -2

    அன்றாட உணவுடன் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளவேண்டிய சில ஊட்டச்சத்துக்கள்...

    ˜ காலை 5 .30 மணிக்கு :தேன் கலந்து ஒரு தம்ளர் எலுமிச்சை ஜூஸ் பருகுங்கள். இதனால், அன்று முழுவதும், வயிறு லேசாக இருக்கும். எந்தப் பிரச்னையும் சீக்கிரத்தில் அண்டாது.

    ˜ காலை 7.30 மணிக்கு வெரைட்டியான மூன்று வகை பழத்துண்டுகள், ஒரு தம்ளர் பால் அருந்துங்கள். மூளை புத்துணர்ச்சி பெறும்.

    ˜ காலை 9.30 மணிக்கு ஒரு டம்ளர் கேரட் ஜூஸ் கண்ணை பிரகாசமாக வைத்திருக்கும்.

    ˜ காலை 11.30 மணிக்கு ஒரு கிண்ணம் வேகவைத்த காய்கறிகள், முளைவிட்ட பயிறு கலந்து தயிர் சாலட். இது சருமத்தை பளபளவென வைத்திருக்கும்.

    ˜ மதியம் 2.30 மணிக்கு ஒரு டம்ளர் மோர். மாலை 4.30 மணிக்கு ஜூஸ், பழங்கள். 6 மணிக்கு ஒரு டம்ளர் கேரட் ஜூஸ். இப்படி நீர்சத்து நிறைந்த மோர், ஜூஸ், வகைகளை அதிகம் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளும்போது உடலுக்கு குளிர்ச்சியும், மனதுக்கு மகிழ்ச்சியும் கிடைக்கும்.

    ˜ இரவு 7.40 மணிக்கு இரண்டு எண்ணெய் சேர்க்காத சப்பாத்தி, பழங்கள், தயிர்சாலட். சிறிது தால். வயிறை மிதமாக வைத்திருக்கும்.

    இப்படி, ஒரு மாத உணவை பட்டியலிட்டு சாப்பிடும்போது, உடலில் உள்ள நச்சுப் பொருட்கள் வெளியேறிவிடும். உடலில் எடை கூடாது. சருமத்தில் நிறமும் பொலிவும் கூடும். உடலும் உள்ளமும் உற்சாகத்தில் மிதக்கும்.

    தெரப்பியே தேவையில்லை என்பதுபோல், உணவிலும் உற்சாகமாக வைத்திருக்க... இந்த உணவைப் பின்பற்றுங்கள்...
