    Hi Wisteria,
    romba nalla irukkumma,, Ennoda oru friend-oda amma(58yrs-72kg-- now at 60kgs), weight-i just hot water kudiche normalkku kondu canthutaanga!!!,,,,, 300ml Hot-water every hour for 3 months, almost 12kg wieght kaanama poiduchuuuuu,,,,,, SURPRISE!!!!!!
    So naanum indrilurunthu start pannaren Hot-water,,, + irukkave irukku namma dieting plan (nijamave dieting-aa appadinnu en pasangalukku doubt- )
    Todays plan:-
    Ekadasi- so 1 cup oats, wheat kanji 1 Glass, 2 teas, 1 apple for whole day! Night milk 200ml. No Soups, No roti dal,,,, Basically semi-liquid foods!!

    Yes poorna, it's good information.
    Drinking hot water every hour (300ml) it control to reduce weight.
    Thank you poorna share about this .

    About mine today,

    Coffee - 8.00
    Chappathi - 11.00
    Buttermilk - 12.00
    Pasipayaru - 3.00
    Tea - 4.30
    Dosa/milk - 7.30

    walk - one hour.

    Pathiyam illati parava illaippa, Vaarathil orunaal full liquid diet sappittu paarunga, apparam oru mani nerathirkku oru murai 250-350 ml suduthanni porukkum soottil kudichu paarunga!!!
    {Yaaruppa sonnathu, naanga pathiyam irukkaratha??? enna timekku, konjam oil kammiya, soup, salad, dal, sundal appadinnu Vettikkittu irukkom,, no misunderstanding please!!! (ithu en pasanga comment-ma, Ungalukku enna thonuthu????)}

    yeah, there are lot of tasty foods to reduce weight pet.
    but we only prefer which one is comfortable for our body.

    I have little idea for tasty foods in our daily life.

    Hi pet,

    I know little thing about weight loss tasty foods, i listed below these foods are our daily life routine foods.

    In empty stomach you drink 2 to 3 glasses of water
    After you go little walk 20 to 30 minutes.
    Green tea
    Your choice milk/tea/coffee - but no sugar is important. (ithu pathiyam than unnoda passaiyella)

    Breakfast - choose any one from this list

    Tiffen items
    Idly -3 (with tomato or onion chutney but no oil, sambar like side dish no cocounut in your side dish.)
    Dosa -2
    Chappathi - 2 with veg salada dish
    Avul uppuma - one cup
    Idiyappam -2
    Samba wheat upma - one cup.
    Porridge (oats, rice, ragi..like that)
    Cornflakes with skimmed milk
    bread only 2 pieces with veg salads (nojam.butter like that....)

    Lunch
    you take (puZhughal ) boil rice instead of ponni pachai like that..,
    Rice - one small cup
    Eat Boiled vegetables lot (except potato and fried vegtables)
    Soaps

    Evening snacks
    Fruits (apple, pomegranate, orange,guava,papaya,water melon, melon)
    Add some grains
    Your usual drink- milk/tea/coffee - no sugar

    Dinner
    Dinner part is important one, before 7.00pm you finished your dinner
    Take as much as possible liquid items
    Soap, milk, porridge.
    you also take as per breakfast menu.

    Drink hot water as per our poorna suggestion
    Every hour one's one glass of water

    Totally you drink 10 to 12 glasses of water everyday.

    Exercise is important part to reduce weight that one is your's choice.

    Don't drink fruit juice or some other juice also because fruits contains sugar, so reduce weight process is get slow.
    So eat fruits.

    juices like carrot, vazhaithandu like that.


    Hi pet , we want to reduce our weight in short period that's why we take strict diet following pa... ( in your way pathiya sapadu -hey i like this word pet...)

    pet, i suggested some food.surely , it helps to reduce but slow process.
    You also see lot of recipes in our penmai other threads.
    you get a idea lot pet..,

    Pet, all the best for your weight reducing program.

    I suggested only limited portion in our daily foods.

    Today my food items heavy

    Morning - Tender cocounut
    Dosai -2
    Lunch
    Sambar, dhayir sadam and appalam , vadam.
    Evening
    Coffee
    Night
    Milk - one glass

    Walk30mins.

    Coming week, i will go to marriage so, little hard to follow the diet menu.
    So. i take limited menu. poorna,
    I will come back on Dec 10.
    So, keep continuing your menu ...,

    I will come back on Dec 10 poorna...,
