    Hi poorna,

    Just follow limited food item.
    there is no change in my weight, the same 78.
    No walking, just do help to my relatives.

    Try to avoid sweet item.

    What about you.
    When possible in this week, i will update but No dieting and walking poorna.

    i start on Dec 11, i think so...

    Hi Wisteria,
    Was held up in some most busy work(repair works in our home) so unable to post in thread,,, with difficulties managing my dieting!!
    Nowadays, morning breakfast and lunch is fixed as idlis2, wih chutney, and lunch 1 cup rice, vegetabels,buttermilk. Only dinner changes to 2 roti, dal and salad. am taking 2 fruits, and tea without sugar, 1 glass of toned milk at night regularly.

    How are u all? Madam wisteria , irukkeengala? my weight is 75.6 today. No Walking, not much dieting too, still 1.25 kaanom!!!! happada, ippadiye naan 55aaga maranum athuvum seekirama,,,

    Hot water helps you lot (is it right)

    HiPoorna,Am not follow diet and walking, i will start on 23rd onwards i hink so..,but limited food items.Soon i will check my weight and post it.I think am in same weight 78 and let see..,

    I checked my weight 78kg (same)
    Thank god

    I will start my walking plan on monday onwards.

    My food items
    Milk
    BF - carrots and oats
    Lunch - porridge and Raddish or vazhaithandu porriyal
    Evening -3.00 - buttermilk
    Evening - 5.00 - milk
    Night- fruits or vegtables.(before 7.00)

    Walking- morning 45mins
    Evening 45mins

    For one week (23/12/2013 to 31/12/2013).

    One hour one's hotwater one glass.

    That's all.

    Hi,

    My weight loss progress seems slow, i planned lot schedules but everything failure.
    In this time, once again i want to set target time to acheive goals.
    just follow my food and walking properly.
    Every month once i would like to check my weight.

    My current weight -78kg
    Target weight - 65

    Need to go 13kgs.

    Time -five months time. (23/12/2013 to 31/5/2013)

    Let see friends, kindly motivate me.

    Poorna, thank you for touch with me.
    In this time inspiring me , now you are 75kgs..,
    Good going..,

    Am eagerly waiting for your next result.
