    Hi Wisteria,
    your SMART is too nice one!!!
    S, as my weight is reduced by 1.5kg without much moves , only with RESTRICTED dieing,, that too without much sacrifice, with only cholestrol cutting diets, i have lost almost 2.5kg in full. Seems, walking regularly will help in faster way. Will try that soon.

    Hi wisteria,
    I am planning to try the GM weight from tuesday. want to loose 3kg faster, before jan15th. My dad gae me some suggestions and told will loose 5-7kg in a week time, but tough to maintain the same weight,. That GM dieting will cause headache in initial days, as the whole toxins will be flushed out of our body system faster.That is a 7 days plan and resting of 3 days after that, and repeating the process till our goal is reached,, once the goal weight is reached we can stick to our blanced dieting. Will update the diet too!!

    Nicepa, muyarchi pannunga, vidama pannina kandipppa namma target weight adaiya mudiyum. Thanneerukku bathila, Venneer kudingappa, athuvum kandippaa saappitathum 250-300ml porukkum soodu irupathu nallathu. Try pannunga!

    Hi poorna,

    Tomorrow onwards, i start my plan

    Food
    In empty stomach 2glasses of water
    Milk
    BF - oats with pasipayaru
    11.00 - tomato soup
    Lunch - Cabbage, beans and carrot salads with butter milk.
    Evenig - milk with 2 biscuits
    Dinner - pomegranate(2)/ orange (2)

    Hot water every hour one's.

    Walk -1.30mins.
    That's all

    Let see, i will follow successsfully or not.

    First step once again reduce one kg.
    No time fixing.



    Current weight - 78
    Goal - reduce one kg
    Target weight 65kg.

    There is no any special preparation.
    Am always use buttermilk with oats.
    I din't like with milk and sugar.

    IN buttermilk oats just add pasipayaru, it gives taste.

    Thats all.

    Today, sucessfully walked 1hour 30minutes.
    Food items changed.

    Coffee
    Banana - 3
    Veg salads
    Tea
    Payasam
    Veg salads.

    Tmw plan,

    Milk
    Pomegranate
    Veg salads
    Tea/milk
    Orange or porridge.

    walk - one hour 30 mins.

    How your GM diet going...
    First day - vegtables.
