    Hi wisteria,
    Is it right way to have BANANA in weight loss program? PAYASAM too?? I think it will ADDUP calories, which is against weigth loss/dieting!! Check it.
    Today i have took boiled soup (onion 750g & tomato1.5 kg both chopped and boiled together, no smashing) & 2 cups black tea. No rice, no veggies, No milk, nothing else. First i checked my weight as it was 75.7kg in morning. Will update the same after 1 week.

    Hi Wisteria,
    Today i had Lemon tea in morning!
    Then had 1 plate salad of cucumber, cabbage , tomato with pepper powder,black salt.
    Lunch skipped and took soup bolied with carrot, cabbage, raddish, onion and tomato, each 250 gms sliced into small pieces. When i felt hungry, took this soup 250-400 ml, 6 servings. No dinner, instead took 2 carrots+ cucumber. No milk items.

    Poorna,

    Banana and payasam is not good to proper diet.
    Banana monthly once is not pbm. (i think so)
    But payasam try to ignore it.

    Yeaterday, walk 45mins and followed food items.

    Today

    Coffee
    milk and 4 biuscuits

    Lunch
    Veg salads and orange

    Evening
    Tea

    Dinner
    Milk
    pomegranate

    walk 30mins.

    That's all

    yesterday you had soup diet.
    what about today.

    Hi Wisteria,
    Actually speaking Yesterday was the Day2 of my diet plan, day before yesterday i had veggies, yesterday took only fruits + soup. I took 4 apples, 1 chikoo, 250gms Papaya(NO BANANA allowed till 5th day) Soup was in 3 litres water, i boiled onion, tomato, carrot, cabbage, etc, but took it without salt(No white poisons- i mean salt or sugar) But i spinkled black salt with fruits.
    N.B: with this diet i am feeling dryness in mouth, slight discomfort feel like headache from yesterday afternoon. (I asked my doctor, as she adviced to continue, but should add sustitute of salt in my diets like black salt.)Will see how far it works.

    Today i am having only raw vegetables like cucmber, carrot, cabbage, radish. with tomato soup. slight sprinking of black salt in vegetbles, and in soup.

    Hi Wisteria,
    Netru vegetables + fruits diet follow seithen....(morning raw veg salad , then as usual soup at 11, at 2 i took 1 plate full of fruits, apple, papaya, guava. At 4 again soup, 7 i took boiled carrot, cabbage, raw tomato+ onion, cucumber.)
    Today i had 3 bananas, and 1 ltr toned milk.

    Hi jeyanthi,
    Welcome…

    You need to reduce 4kgs.
    May I know, you have following any diet or workout .
    Kindly, first check your appropriate consultation with doctor (age, height and weight)

    After you think to reduce or not.

    TIPS FOR REDUCING 4KGS

    Take lot of water (your wish- hot water)
    Eat 70 to 80% plant based foods.
    Eat fruits (no fruit juice)
    Cut white food items.
    That’s all.


    Morning – Empty stomach – water – 2 to 3 glasses
    Milk/coffee/Green tea
    Break fast –
    Corn flakes
    Fruits
    Snacks
    Buttermilk
    Veg soups
    Carrot juice
    Lunch
    Veg salads
    Soups
    Porridge
    Snacks
    Coffee/tea/milk
    Dinner
    Milk
    Oats
    Veg salads
    Fruits
    In your food add Greens in lunch time.
    Reduce salts in your foods.
    Walk – Briskly 45mins a day.
