    it was 71.325,,, Lost 4 kgs full??? 75.5 to 71.33.

    Still am struggling with my weight management, but no result, it's in progressing..,

    Walk 45mins

    BF - Corn flakes
    Lunch - porridge
    Evening - milk
    Night - Porridge / soup.

    That's all.

    Today i checked my weight -79kgs.

    I reduced onekg .
    Next, again reduce one kg, to become 78kgs..,

    I think your first GM diet is over? poorna..,

    Hi wisteria,
    How are you?? Seems you are following cornflakes, walk, dosa diet! Good, but at any point of time, if you feel like weakness, change the diet. Seems same type of diet, which may make us Craving for taste.
    I am now 73.2kg today,,, as per my plan i was suppose to follow GM diet from 5th, till today, but my health didn't permit so... My doc adviced to go after a week, since down with fever. Try Try Try, then success is OURS!!
