    Hi wisteria,
    Pongal celebrations over, with no sunshine... Seems you are decreasingyour weight , Am slowly gaining now as i cant be strict with my dieting and winter.. Hot groundnuts are good companion for winter days,, i am very much addicted to it. That is the culprit for my weight gain these days. Now i am 73.5, no plan for GM diet as of now. Regular 30mins walk, Cornflakes100mg+1 apple for breakfast, 2 phulka rotis, slad, and dal for lunch, 3 slices of brown bread and 200ml milk for dinner. Taking 2 cup tea + 4 marie biscuits also.

    Hi poorna,

    Interesting about your menu's.
    Today evening i checked my weight is 77kg.
    Am happy to see this at the same time i need to maintain it poorna.

    Next step again reduce one kgs.

    Today food usual menu.
    No walking.

    Hi Wisteria,

    I too will join this thread. I am also trying to reduce weight. I had my baby in Oct 31st 2012.I have gained 35 pounds post pregnancy. I started reducing my weight from July Ist 2013 . My weight at that time was 160 Pounds.Today my weight is 147 pounds (Jan 22nd,2014).For past one month i am maintaining the same weight. My goal weight is 130 (Post Pregnancy weight) .From today onwards i will post my diet and exercise.
    My exercise is 45mts walking.

    Hi,

    Jan 22nd diet

    Breakfast : 2 egg white omelet

    snacks : Cauliflower and soya curry ( no oil)

    Lunch : Sambar rice (half cup) with spinach and Zucchni salad

    Dinner : Fried rice with Malai Kofta and one chapathi ( dinner at Friend's place)

    Hi Wisteria,
    Oph, No dieting specially for weight reducing,,, but now i am in badly high diabetics, so having 150 mg oats porridge for breakfast after 1 cup black tea in morning, 3 marie biscuits at 11 with tomato soup, 2phulka roti with dal, sprouted sald in afternoon. Then again at 4 will hav 2 with chundal,, dinner dalia kanji. Milk 150ml for whole day.
