    no walking

    Jan 23 Breakfast _ protein shake
    Lunch - Spinach and Zuchinni salad
    Dinner - 3 idli with tomato chutney

    Jan 24 Brunch - 1/2 cup Morkuzhambu and Brocolli Poriyal and sepakizhangu curry
    Dinner - Biryani with Raita and one rasmalai


    Jan 25th Breakfast - 3 idli and one dosa with peanut chutney
    lunch - half cup Biryani
    Dinner - Brocolli Poriyal ate some vegetable chips

    Brunch - 2 idli,1/2 cup Pongal with sambhar.

    Snacks - 2 bonda and Bhajji

    40 mts walking

    Night - Protein shake

    vidya, your food items seems good.
    i think you didn't prefer any diet, this one look nice because control and reducing weight with daily limited intaking.

    How is your health?
    Any plan to start GM diet?

    My food items,
    yesterday, coffee, cornflakes,porridge,coffee.., but at dinner time shall i went out so heavy (pori -oil item)

    Today, Coffee, Banana-2, greens rice, coffee, milk and pomegranate.

    friends, my family member suggest 3days diet for me.

    Three days diet plan
    Break fast - milk and banana -2
    Lunch - vegetables rice (one cup - rice in lesser qty)
    Dinner - milk (within 8 PM)

    snacks - 2 times a day (suggest only fruits)

    walk morning -45mins
    Evening -45mins.

    So, today i start this plan for firsr three days.
    let see, it help me or not.

    poorna, I asked one doubt with them, banana helps to reduce weight in morning time for 3 days.

    In fat content per medium sized banana have 1gm
    There is no cholestral in banana (yellow one is good to eat at breakfast)
    Per banana have 105 calories.

    you take in morning, it help to you they suggested.
    At the same time, i searched many of them say it helpfull at the same time not much help to reduce weight loss.
    but good to health.

    let us see friends..., how much this one useful.

    i following this diet like

    coffee
    banana -2
    greens rice
    coffee
    milk and/or fruits.

    i cut the snakes item because intake of coffee two times a day.

    walk 1.30mins a day.

    That's all .

    i will plan to check my weight on thursday evening friends.

    Breakfast - 2 egg white omlet + coffee
    Lunch - 2 Mooli Paratha with Kale curry
    Dinner - 1 Mooli Paratha with Kale curry and one dosa with Peanut chutney

    No Exercise (Very cold climate )

    Jan 28

    Breakfast Coffee and Protein shale
    Lunch : 2 chapathi with daal and Capsicum curry
    Dinner : 1 Chapathi with Daal and cpsicum curry
    45 mts walking ( 2.5 miles)

    Jan 29th

    Breakfast : Protein shake
    Lunch : One cup rice with Kootu and Brocoli Poriyal
    Dinner : Protein shake and half Mango

    45mts walking but covered 3 miles

    Thanks Wisteria i did not follow any diet plan but i try to reduce my calorie intake.
    Here i tried to join many weight loss program like Medifast,HRM etc basically they give prepared food with reduce calorie.Instead of wasting money and i bought a protein shake and take reduce food intake and trying to eat slowly.

    what happen your weight loss?
    I think your health is now alright!

    Instead of wasting money and i bought a protein shake and take reduce food intake and trying to eat slowly.

    nice vidya, Good idea for calorie intake.

    Am tired three days diet nothing happieng in that diet.
    my weight is 76.5kg.
    There is no change.

    Now am going on usual food menu.

    Coffee
    corn flakes
    porridge
    coffee/tea
    dosa -2

    That's all
    one hour walk today.

    Coffee + Multigrain Thin Bread (2 slice) with Cream cheese
    Multigrain Thin Bread one slice with cream cheese
    Evening - Gujarati Patra four slice
    Dinner - One dosa with tomato Onion Kurma

    Exercise - 3 Miles walking ( 52 mts)

    curd rice with beans curry
    coffee with 2biscuits
    Garlic bread - 3picies and i small piece of tomato pizza.

    2 feb
    Tea
    corn flakes
    pomegranate and guava
    tea with 2 biscuits
    oats

    No walking these days.
