    Friday 31st

    BF : Protein shake
    Lunch : Maggi Noodles
    Dinner : 2 chapathi with Paneer butter Masala

    Sat Feb 1st

    BF : No
    Lunch : Feast ( more Food)
    Dinner : Dosa with chutney

    Weight is 146.8 lb

    Feb 2nd:

    BF: Protein shake
    Lunch : Rice Rasam and Beans Poriyal
    Dinner; Paneer Bhurji

    Feb 3rd:

    BF : Protein shake
    Lunch half cup veg Biryani
    Night : One chapathi with dal Makahni and one vada

    your weight is now increased.
    140 pounds (63.5kg)
    146.8 pounds (66.5kg)

    your menu seems limited items.
    let we reduce our weight slowly and steadily vidya.

    my weight is same 76.5.
    there is no change, let see on next week

    today food
    coffee -8.00 am
    sapota - 4-10.00
    corn flakes -1.30
    guava -2 - 2.15
    cucumber - 1-2.15
    coffee -5.00
    milk - 7.30

    walk one hour today.
    try to walk tmw onwards 2 hours.

    Hi poorna and vidya,

    yesterday, mid night ate noodles, unabled to ctrl my hunger.
    my family laughed and commented about my reducing weight.

    At the same time, they commented try to reduce intake of milk.

    but am try ....
    Not possible I think for milk.

    Hi friends,
    once again, i plan plant based diet with oats for two weeks.

    I have plan one diet myself for reduce three kilo within fifteen days.
    I think, in this time surely am not meet failure.

    About my diet schedule,
    For fifteen days.

    Date
    10/2/2014 to 25/2/2014

    Morning empty stomach – drink 500ml warm water.
    Breakfast - beans and carrot salad
    Snack – buttermilk or lemon juice
    Lunch – cabbage, beans, peas and carrot salad.
    Snack – one fruit / milk (no sugar)
    Dinner – oats.

    Water – 3 to 4 litres.
    Vegtables – carrot, peas, broad beans, cabbage, beans, cucumber and also grains.
    That’s all

    Walk two hours a day.

    In this time, i planned myself. previous diet are suggesed by my family members and friends. Am failed.

    In this time, would like to meet success.
    My aim to reduce three kgs.
    Current weight - 77kgs.

    Let see, i will follow strictly or not.

    I this fifteen days, consider like everyday is new begining for reduce weight loss progress.

    Once again, I start a diet plan.
    Surely, i will meet successfully to reduce three kgs in this diet plan.

    Hi friends,

    Tomorrow , i will start my 15days diet.
    I convert into five section for 3 days.

    First three days,

    Vegetables and oats in night time.
    Try to no milk in this first three days diet.
    2 hours walk.


    Let see..,
    what happens in my fully veg diet.

    Today menu,
    Coffee
    milk
    carrots
    curd rice
    tea
    oats.

    walk 30mins.

    Hi

    I am on vacation. I am in East Coast to meet family and Freinds. Much awaited vacation. Cold weather and no diet plan. Will be back on Sunday Night.
    Did not check on my weight but trying to reduced calorie food.
    Did not keep up any Food journal as most part we eat in friend's place and restaurant.
