    Hi friends,

    My first section three days over.
    Today second -three days section.

    I didn't check my weight, i will check on sunday or monday.

    Feb 10 - 12/2/2014

    Coffee
    oats
    Veg salads (no salt added)
    milk -without sugar
    oats with milk and cardomam

    walk -2 hours.(10 -12/2)
    yesterday - 1.30mins.

    I will try to avoid sugar in my coffee.
    In milk am statisfy to drink.
    but coffee without sugar tough to me.
    Try to reduce.

    13/2/2014 -15/2/2014

    menu's

    coffee/milk
    oats and one fruit
    veg salads (cucumber. beans ,carrot,cluster beans without salt)
    coffee/tea/milk
    oats
    If hungry, eat one fruit (pomegranate, orange, sapoda).

    walk - 2hours.

    Hi friends,

    Today morning , i checked my weight now am 76kgs.
    Onekg lost.
    In my plan three kg.

    Let see..,
    Successfully my second section over.
    Today third -three days program.(16/2/2014 -18/2/2014)

    menu's
    Coffee
    oats + one fruit
    vegsalads
    Coffee/milk
    oats/milk/fruit -1.

    walk two hours.

    Yesterday, No walking.

    Hi Wisteria,
    I went to chennai & Coimbatore to visit temples, & for a wedding.. Back yesterday after 15 days trip. seems i have added my weight a lot after grand functions.. Have to check tomorrow how much i gained! Seems u hav reduced a lot! Keep it up-ma!

    Poor a, what's your plan for weight loss progress?
    Hey before start your kindly check your health and start it successfully.

    Hi vidya,
    How your progress going on?

    Poor a & vidya,
    Today I start my 4 the - 3 days plan.
    Little change in my plan.

    Coffee
    Bf - veg rice one cup and one fruit/raw veg one cup.
    Water 4 to 5 litres.
    Evening - oats and one fruit
    6.30pm - milk 200ml.

    That's all.
    I eat my breakfast on 11.00am
    And evening 3.30 pm
    6.30pm milk one glass.

    This one is comfortable to me.

    And last sunday I cheated my plan becoz' I ate potato curry and pizza also Chico truffle.
    I think am regain my weight, let see on Monday.
    I'll update my weight on that day.

    Hi friends,
    My fourth three days plan successfully completed.
    Tmw onwards, fifth three days plan

    Past two days, didn't' drink milk, coffee,tea .
    I want to avoid milk items, I feel it help me to reduce my weight comfortably, I think so.

    Date - 22\2 to 24/2.
    So, I check my weight on Tuesday.
    On that day, I would like my weight on 75 kilo.
    Let see...,

    About three days menus,
    Morning
    Two chappathi with veg salads
    Lunch
    Channal dal
    Dinner
    Veg salads at two chappathi
    Drink 4-5 litres water.

    Walk two hours.

    Current weight -76kgs
    need to reduce 11kgs.

    Today menu

    oats
    channa dal
    carrots -5
    milk
    oats

    Walk 1hr 20mins

    How are you and ur weight loss process!!!

    Hi friends,

    In this march month, I prepare a 5 set of programme.
    Each one set have three days. (totally 15 days).

    Target reduce 3kgs.

    Water everyday -5 litres.

    Walk -1.30mins to 2hours.

    Food items like

    Drink

    milk(no sugar),

    Vegetables

    beans,
    cucumber,
    carrots,
    cauliflower,
    tomato,

    Fruits

    pomegranate,
    orange ,

    Grains

    Channa dal
    Green dal
    And oats.

    Total sets


    4/3 to 6/3
    7/3 to 9/3
    10/3 to 11/3
    12/3 to 14/3
    15/3 to 18/3


    First set – three days menu,

    4/3/2014 to 6/3/2014


    Breakfast

    Any one grains one cup
    Two carrots
    Lunch
    Beans and carrot boiled (no salt added)
    Tomato soup
    Evening
    Milk (200ml)
    Dinner
    Cucumber -1
    One fruit
    (or)
    Soup/oats.
    Why I posted this plan for before 5 days, in the sense I need to prepare and control my mind myself.
    So, I wrote it in this place to see it every day. It makes to motivate to do successfully.
    This plan for to attain lose 2 to 3 kg.
    Previous plan one kg lost.
    But in this 15 days plan need to lose 2 to 3 kilos.
    I will update my food and workouts plan every day.

    Hi Wisteria,

    I have not updated much this month. Since i was travelling and had fever(cold and cough) for past one week. Not much diet i have followed, but one thing i made is i reduced sugar (no sugar at all) and reduced calorie intake
    My weight as of today is 143 Pounds.

    I am planning to rest of March month
