    yes, you are right, it getting boredom on that time it makes me little stress.
    So, i buy chudi small size try to put it, if not fit to me. gear up myself then
    just read some motivational quotes and weight loss success story.
    i share with my parents, they motivate and go small walk outside and continue my diet plan.

    now a days i prefer vegetables,grains, fruits,chappathis and avoid white foods and reduce intake of coffee, tea and milk.

    weekends i prefer fruits and dosa.
    sometimes i made cheat day i ate chocolates and sweets.

    my routine diet plan like
    Green tea
    Breakfast - milk (9.00)
    Lunch - Vegetable salads, fruits like papaya, orange,parikka and pomegranate.
    Evening - tea/buttermilk/fruits
    Dinner - fruits/oats/kanchi/grains/viva with hotwater.

    These food items only i prefer, if i tempt to eat take little curd rice with potato in week ends.

    weekly twice i take vazhaithandu juice.

    that's all.

    Today's menu
    Tea -(9.00)
    Chappathi -1(11.00)
    Cabbage,beans,carrot salads-(1.00)
    Green tea- (3.00)
    Tea-(5.00)
    Oats/chappathi(2)/milk -(7,30)

    walk - 2hours, yesterday i did 0ne hour.

    My routine follwed as
    6.30 Tea
    8.30 Stuffed raw Bread with green veggies
    10.30 Walk for 30 mins
    11.15 black tea
    12.15 Golden Apple
    2.30 Dalia with sambar and spinach porial, Curd 1 cup
    4.30 Walked 3Km
    7.00 Tea
    10.00 2 idlis +curd rice

    Thank you for appreciating my menu. Problem with me is i cannot follow regular same stuff daily. So if u feel anything to be avoided, pl. share that.
    Yesterday i had,
    6.30 -tea
    9.30 2 idlis + coconut chutney, Buttermilk 1 cup
    11.30 papaya 1 cup
    2.30 1 cup rice with curd
    4.00 Walking for 45 mins( slow walk)
    6.30 Tea + dry bread 1 slice
    10.00 Dinner (2idli + sambar + 1/2cup curd rice)

    Today saturday is Fast, only milk for whole day, and at night planning to hav fruit salad!! Morning walk is over for 30 mins.

    today menu's
    coffee - 9.00
    idiyappam (4) -11.oo
    veg salads-1.30
    green tea -(3.00)
    milk -(5.00)
    oats/dosa(2) - 7.30

    walk - 2hours.

    yesterday i ate one glass of payasam and one adai dosa.

    your food items are nice. there is no change in your item this is suitable to your health, I think so...,

    try to avoid bread items, otherwise everything is good to you.

    we reduce our weight slowly and perfect way to maintain it.

    yesterday i tempt to ate payasam, Am try to reduce intakes the sweets.

    Am also have same pbm, am not follow a strict diet.
    Following a diet plan is difficult to me.

    My mother said to me, Don't eat or allow specify food to diet system.
    you just eat all food but have a limited portion.
    It takes time at the same time it gives good expectation result forever.

    she asked one question, how many days you follow a diet plan?
    I told, when am statisfy that time i stop my diet plan.
    She replied, it's not good i think, after you stop your diet plan you have another one weight maintainence.
    i told, yes afterwards i eat proper food maintainence.

    She told to me, your diet plan is not good, you change your fooditems day to day. so follow every day receipes in home cut the oil and sweet items totally. it will statisfy your plan just try these things 30 days. note down now yourcurrent weight and see your result.

    IMPORTANT ONE IS WORKOUT IN THIS PROGRESS.

    walking is important one in this type of food. daily morning and evening one hour, if possible night after dinner walk 20 minutes.

    Also do household works like mob your house two times a week, every day wash your clothes on hands, sweep the house, clean the vessels, like this.....

    Automatically you reduce your 10kgs with 4 months my mom said to me.

    This one is good to you.(my parents said)

    It always help to your life forever.

    i think my mom suggest me best one, this process is slow at the time reach the goal. (it takes a time lot i think ....)

    my mom suggest me a food items like
    idly -4
    dosai - 2
    chappathi-3
    idiyappan -3 to 4 (in idly size)
    rice -one small cup
    eat vegetables like cabbage, carrota, beans, cucumber,greens,broad beans,cauli flower,plantain stem,radish,snack gourd,tomato.
    porridge - 2 tumblers
    fruits- orange, pomegranate ,guava,papaya,watermelon.

    No uppma items, only water boiled foods.

    especially she said , avoid to drink milk, coffee and tea in your life time.
    sweets and chocolate allows weekly once or festival days only.

    what you think poorna about this one!!!!!

    Really good advice by your mom wisteria!

    Maintaining healthy diet life should be with our daily activities & food items, then only there will be long term success. All the diet plan stops working once we come to our normal diet... I had seen this truly, when i tried..

    Today menu's
    Viva with hotwater (no sugar) -8.30
    chappathi(4) -11.00
    Custard apple(2) -12.00
    Porridge -2.00
    Viva-5.00
    oats/veg salads - 7.30

    walk 2hours
    As per my mom suggestion, mob the house.

    today 8th day of my weight loss program, i check my weight today morning after breakfast my current weight is 78kgs.
    Now am reduced 2kgs.

    This result motivating me at the same time little worry about this because i need to maintain the weight don't raise my current weight 78kgs afterwards i thought.

    only 3kgs to reduce in my first plan , let see when it happens in my progress....
