    very useful info visu anna..
    I read that Protein rich food will control hunger and will help reduce weight loss and many have succeeded in that. Reduce carbohydrate(rice etc) and oil intake and have rich protein food(Chicken,fish,beans,dhal etc).

    viva - 9.00
    milk - 11.00
    one laddu - 12.00
    dosai-2 -1.00
    tea - 4.00
    oats - 7.30

    walk 3hours

    Hi Wisteria , you didnt add fruit in your menu. Kindly take fruits more and drink skim milk..Avoid taking laddu ok sis....

    Hi westeria,
    Your menu seems, no b'fast, No Dinner.
    At any point of time we should not miss our B'fast. U missed it today??
    If u had sweet, try to avoid OIL & oily foods, as the extra calories added should be cut on otherway. Fibre rich food should be added to give fulfilled feeling(oats, Brown bread).

    Todays menu was:-
    6.30 Morning Tea
    8.00 2 plain Wheat dosa in less oil
    8.30 (Instead of morning walk, i SLEPT for 2 hrs till 10.30)
    11.00 1 Apple
    1.00 Green salad(cucumber + bitterguard + tomato + carrot+ radish &
    Pepper)
    2.30 Small cup curd + Dhalia
    6.30 No Tea (forgot)
    9.30 2Plain phulka roti with palak paneer, 1/2 cup dal
    10.00 Butter milk
