    Hi Wisteria , you didnt add fruit in your menu. Kindly take fruits more and drink skim milk..Avoid taking laddu ok sis....

    Am try to avoid but tempt to eat.
    i will follow it strictly , every weekend i add some fruits and also try to do day to day.

    everyday i wake up late or prepare breakfast ,lunch and further household works done, afterwards i eat my breakfast so it's getting late to eat breakfast at a time 10.00/11.00
    so, i drink milk 10.00Am and eat tiffen or veg salads at a time 12 or 1.00pm.
    this one is comfortable to me.
    At the same time i take your words try to eat appropriate time poorna...

    if i ate sweet items i'ii walk more on the day.
    yesterday onwards am trying to walk 2.30minutes to 3hours.

    am not tempt to eat oil item, i only to eat sweets.
    at the god grace in my home they purchased ghee sweets, so am not tempt to eat.
    i am not like ghee in sweets.

    So Sweet wisteria, keep following and do some exercises at home.
    You can see changes soon...
    But if you in diet take care of your hair also . So i wish your diet should be nutritious ....

    Hi Wisteria,
    Agreed, we are all busy with our household works! But our negligence to eat at appropriate time is the RESULT we got as WEIGHT. Want to cut down means strictly, "NO FASTING, NO FEASTING".
    I read somwhere as in Thailad, ladies take small quantity of rice with vegetables, garlic added to it, and this will be in small quantity, but 7 to 8 times a day. They stay slim and fit, with RICE. We are doing opposite!! Skip, or late , even Brunch(lunch + Breakfast), and Linner (skipping lunch and taking at Dinner) This will satisfy only our mindset as we hav cut down some food, but definitely this is not a good practice!!
    As this will end up in gastic troubles & other problems. So, at anycost, we should not miss our Breakfast!! Take care friend!
