    Todays menu:-
    6.40 am Tea
    8.30 am Brown bread sandwich (stuffed with cucumber, cabbage, onion, tomato, tomatoketchup and light spread of mayonnise)
    9.00 Went for walk of 3 kms
    11.30 2 thattai + tea 60ml(sure for added calories but Deewali spl)
    2.30 rice with skimmed buttermilk
    5.30 Tea
    8.00 2 roti + boiled channa
    9.15 Skimmed milk (impressed with Jenifer's sugession)


    Hi all,
    I love to drink milk a lot, and i hav calcium deficiency too, could anyone tell me how much skimmed milk is required for normal women!! Am 170cm height with 78.2kgs(750g kuraichuttenakkum)

    So Sweet wisteria, keep following and do some exercises at home.
    You can see changes soon...
    But if you in diet take care of your hair also . So i wish your diet should be nutritious ....

    Hi wisteria,
    S, we should add protiens for our haircare. I think, sprouts are better instead of salads, as they are rich in proteins. Paneer is also high in protein, but we shoul take skimmed milk's paneer!

    Hey poorna congracs for reduce 75og it's a good result to us.

    am also drink milk a lot, so am not able to avoid milk but i reduce to drink coffee.

    am not use skimmed milk, am using full cream milk so, if i take half tumbler milk with half tumbler water.

    In this week i want to maintain the same weight because i eat sweets in this week.

    still am try to controll yet not happend today eat burfi 2 piecies at the same time i walked .
    hey how you walk at the time of 9.00Am outside.

    Poorna my family members says to me, you are in diet but you consume sweets daily. It's not give good result to you they said.

    Hi Wisteria,
    My kids leave house by 7.15, 7.55 hubby goes to office. So i am free by 8.30. In Delhi, at 8.30 it is pleasant with chill feelings, we our friends prefer to go for walk and after that we will go to veggies shop for fresh vegetables. But in Summers, i will walk for 30 mins as the sweating it self will make ourself tired. Winter onset is lovable time.
    You are using Full cream milk but diluting it with water. Instead try toned or double toned milk, for curd also. The intake of cholesterol will be less in toned milk. Before dieting, we should cut the etra fats, calories first. Then only our deposited cholesterols will dilute!!
    Seems this week will be tough for me to maintain, as i already took 1 halwa, 1 jangiri today. My MIL's murukku + Ribbon pakoda also. Now feeling very bad after taking all, !!!
    Next round will be i have to prepare soem sweets and savories for Kids.
    Then comes the real testing, ,,,,, Dont worry, we will give off to this week for weight checking, will do afte Nov 12th,, i may take sweets, with DIETING!! Dont laugh /ask what is dieting!!! I never disclose that i am dieting, it will be kept as secret!!!!

    Hi Wisteria, again small correction, take green tea with few drops of lime in the empty stomach and can take evening also....not after 5 p.m, finish your break fast before 8.30 a.m..
