    Hi Wisteria, again small correction, take green tea with few drops of lime in the empty stomach and can take evening also....not after 5 p.m, finish your break fast before 8.30 a.m..

    It's good idea jenifer.

    I tried previous month honey with lime in empty stomach but i have a little pbm with lime.
    Lime is not suitable for my health.

    Without lime with honey hot water is not good to drink to me, so, i stops that.....

    so, am not add lime with green tea jenifer, could you have other suggestion? I'll try to do.....

    Lime is good choice

    Let we start our weight loss plan perfect way.
    Diwali celebration are over, I think....

    About my menu's - today,
    Green tea 8.30
    Porridge 10.00
    Chappathi -2 -11.00
    Veg salads - 1.30
    Green tea-3.30
    Buttermilk/viva-6.00
    oats -7.30

    walk -2hours

    That's all.

    I ate sweets past two days, i take limited sweets and oil items but heavy meals and tiffen items.
    Still i didn't check my weight, I'll check my weight on Nov12 or latter poorna.

    Hi Wisteria, try with either mint leaves or ginger pieces...

    But this flavour i dont like. But u try it out if you like go head with it ma.....

    Viva - 7.15
    veg salads -10.00
    Chappathi and veg salads -1.00
    tea -5.00
    oats -7.00

    walk 2 hours.

    Hi

    I have remaining 43days to reduce 3kg in my first schedule.
    Today, i plan for reduce 1kg within 7days.

    (Nov 6 to Nov 12)

    everyday try to walk 2.30mins for these days.
    In this seven days food items like, chappathi, veg salads, porridge,oats and one tea per day.
    Greentea two or thrice a days.

    Let see what happens on Nov 12..
