    Todays menu,
    6.15 Tea
    8.00 Breakfast--- cornflakes with 1 APPLE
    11.00 2 marie biscuits
    2.30 1 cup Rice with Dal, rasam, Keerai kootu, buttermilk
    5.00 Tea
    10.00 Oats kanji
    ( I am going out in evening, and may get late to be back,,so no Heavy
    Dinner,,)

    Deewali mudinchu indruthan school re-opening! one week NO DIETING! Relatives munnala vechukittu, dieting romba toughpa!!! so vittutten!

    Indrilirunthu marupadi thodangiyaachu!! Paarpom,,,,


    Yeah, it's really tough between relatives to follow the dieting plan.
    Are you celebrated your Diwali happily for one week.
    It's a enjoyable moment.

    Let we start our plan and attain our goal slow and steadily poorna..
    Am also previous week eat sweet items.
    now, totally don't touch that things.
    eventhough it's difficult to me again start our weight loss.
    Anyway, i lock my tongue to eat sweets and junk foods....

    I have little fear about my weight because i ate sweets item, so i don't know my weight is maintaining or increasing...

    So, In this week i strictly follow my diet menu and walking plan. yesterday i walked 2hours 30minutes successfully.
    Don't know about today, I walked 30mins only in morning.

    Today fooditems,

    Tea -8.30
    Chappathi 3 -10.30
    Chappathi 2 and tomato soap -1.00
    Viva -4.00
    Chappathi/oats -7.00

    Greentea twice a day.

    walk 2hours.

    my menu's fully look like chappathi day ......

    My walking plan is 30 mins a day. Slow walk only. As i will become severe tired after fast walking, so i am avoiding it,,,,If i walk fast, i will stop at bakery shops. WHY TO RISK???
    Slow walk is possibel in Roads, Fast walk in PARKS, end of park is avery famous cake shop. So i will not go to park.
    Todays plan
    6.30 Tea
    9.30 1slice brown bread
    2.30 Rice small cup, roti1 no with mix curry
    5.00 Tea
    8.30 Dinner (idli 2nos + sambar) without oil
    10.00 400ml double toned milk(my regular qty)

    Naan naalayilirunthu, Green juice start pannalammnu irukkenpa!

    11.30kku kudikkalaama? Yaaravathu therinchavanga sollungappa!!

    (Arugampul/ Wheatgerm/ cucumber juice/ pudhina juice/ while boosanikkai juice etc!!) 11.30ngarathu walking kku apparam ethavathu lightaa sapidara neram.

    Dear Poorna,

    There is nothing wrong in having green juice at 11.30 am. But it is very much beneficial to your health if you have in early morning with an empty stomach.

    Inge kulir set- aaga thodangiyachungarathal, ennoda walk ippo 10.15 to 11.15. So almost stomach empty aayidum.

    Slow walking is good poorna, Am also walk slow at evening time, In morning time only i walk briskly after wards slow only...,

    You walk everyday 30mins is nice to you.
    Am walk 2hours because i am struggling with my weight on September 2012 onwards.
    On that date My weight is 96 and june 2013 my weight is 80 afterwards my weight is rolling on 77,78 to 80.
    It not reduce after that because am not follow my diet food items but i walked one hour a day.

    Again, i start a new plan with this penmai.com to need support and motivation.

    Now am walk 2hours everyday poorna...,

    Sometimes it makes me hard to walk 2hours a day at that time i read something and drink cup of tea and start to do...
    This thing only to do my motivation.

    yesterday am walked 30mins only and i will start my walking on sunday onwards poorna, Am feel tired...,

    Food items

    Tea 8.30
    vegsalads -10.00
    curd rice with Avarakkai-1.00
    Viva -4.00
    Curd rice/dosa 3 - 7.00

    No walking for 2 or 3 days...

    Naan naalayilirunthu, Green juice start pannalammnu irukkenpa!
    This one is , Especially Arugampul juice is help to reduce weight, i read on book but i forgot the book name poorna...,

    As per suggestion parasakthi drink with empty stomach is good one and healthier also.
    But your environment is not suitable to you, so you drink your comfortable way poorna...,

    Hi friends,

    I need suggestion, In weight loss diet and workouts have lot of diet programme and different workouts, which diet plan is common one to weight loss?

    I heard and getting lot of advice from friends, neighbour, relatives, who are seeing me and ask some food item to reduce weight...

    That items are,

    Kollu
    black cumin
    Honey with hot water in empty stomach also add lemon.
    Avoid milk items
    GM diet
    eat liquid items like buttermilk, porridge.
    Sombu with hotwater also drink empty stomach
    Cinomonon water
    No processed foods, eat greeen veg and fruits.

    Like this and workouts like
    Surya namaskaram
    yoga
    Breathing exercise
    Cardio
    As per Gym trainer to follow...,

    They have a lot of suggestion from our environment.
    It creates confusion, another problem is which one is suitable to our body conditions. These types of problems/confusion are occur what you are think about this...

    Which one is common and healthier one?

    Hi Wisteria, thousand people will give thousand suggestions. for example, horse gram (kollu) is very good for weight reduction. After taking horse gram some body will get some sort of minor disturbances due to their original heat body. Hence before adopting the various suggestions for weight reduction, be cautious and take advise of your doctor always. Do the yoga (Surya Namaskaram, yoga postures) with the proper guidance of competent Guruji. It is not required every suggestion to be followed. Which ever you feel comfortable you follow that one with the proper guidance from your health advisors and Guruji. All the best. thank you!
