    7 Days Diet Plan for Weight Loss

    This 7 Days diet plan is planned for a target weight loss of minimum of 5 Kgs in a week. It will also improve your emotions and attitude. The effectiveness of this 7 day plan is that the foods eaten burn more calories than they give to the body in caloric value You can use this diet plan as often as you wish to without any fear of complications. After 7 days you will begin to feel lighter by atleast 4 kgs.

    During the 1st 7 days you must drink 10 glasses of water each day.

    1st Day of your Diet:

    In the 1st day you can have all fruits except bananas. Your first day will consists of all fruits you want. Intake of lots of watermelon and muskmelon is suggested.

    2nd Day of your Diet:

    In the 2nd day you can have all vegetables.


    This day you are adviced to eat until you are stuffed with all the new and cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the account or type. It is better to avoid oil and coconut while cooking vegetables. You can have large boiled potato for breakfast.

    This GM diet plan works for sure...
    I have tried it and lost 3 kgs in a week...
    I hate the veggie days...

    But it takes a lot of effort to maintain the lost weight...

    Today you can eat any mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice. Any amount, any quantity.

    And strictly No to bananas and potatoes today.

    Today your diet goes with Bananas and milk.

    Today you can eat eight bananas and drink 3 glasses of milk. You can also have one bowl of vegetables soup.

    Today is a feast day.

    You have to eat 1 cup of rice, 6 whole tomatoes and drink 12 glasses of water today to cleanse your system of the excess uric acid you will be producing.

    6th Day of your Diet:



    Today is Rice with vegetables day.


    You must eat 1 cup of rice today and eat all the vegetables. You can eat both raw and cooked vegetables.

    Today your food intake will consist of 1 cup rice, fruit juice and all the vegetables you want to consume. Tomorrow morning you will be 4 to 6 kgs lighter than 1 a week ago.

    For your further weight loss, repeat the diet plan again. Repeat the program as often as you like. Also keep in mind that it is suggested to take rest for three days before every repetition.
