    Green Gram Idli Recipe for Weight Loss!!




    Ingredients:

    • Green gram - 1 cup
    • Urad dhal - 1/2 cup
    • Salt and green chili



    Preparation:


    1. Soak the green gram and urad dhal together with salt for an hour. Then Rinse and add green chili to it.
    2. Grind the Mixture and The coarse should not be too fine.
    3. Pour the batter in the idli moulds, and allow to steam it for 8-10 minutes.
    4. Serve hot with your favorite chutney.

    இன்று இரவு டின்னெர் இட்லி தான் சூப்பராக இருந்தது. நான் சிறுது கேரட் துருவலும் பச்சை பட்டாணியும் ,மல்லி தழையும் மாவுடன் போட்டு,இட்லி தட்டில் கொஞ்சம் நெய் தடவி செய்தேன் ஒரு வித்யாசமான இட்லி வித் தக்காளி சட்னி....simple and healthy food .. .நன்றி ...
