    i am presently drinking 2 lts of water per day. thought to increase it to 3 lts. and then increasing veggies and fruits and decreasing rice and other snacks items.

    Reducing one kilo per month is good and healthy way.
    It works as well as constant weight loss.

    nice goal prefer by you (5 kilo in one year)
    so you can able to reduce slow and steady way.

    Trying to Drink 3 liters water per day good hemass

    In this week

    14/4/2014 to 20/4/2014

    Warm water 2 glassess in empty stomach
    Drink water - 3 liters
    Green tea -2 times a day
    walk - one hour.

    that's all

    last week i added two times white rice.

    I will update my food journals on end of the week.

    walk - 30mins everyday
    Green tea - 2 times a day
    Water - 3.5litres
    walk - 30minutes.

    previous days done perfectly...

    Let see on in this week

    20/4 to 25/4/2014

    warm water in empty stomach
    Green tea- 2 times a day
    walk - one hour
    water - 3.5litres hot water.

    Same thing in this week.

    BF - rice with vegtables
    Lemon uice/ buttermil/green tea
    Lunch - As the same BF
    tea/coffee
    Dinner - fruits/ veg salads.

    Hi Wisteria,

    I appreciate ur effort. Its good. But u need to change ur menu. Because that plays a major role. I am giving u some tips to reduce. This is for my all penmai friends too.

    Morning why r u taking rice? That u need to avoid.
    afternoon also before taking ur main dish, u can take salades like carrot, cucumber etc and then u can take ur rice and curries.
    If ur taking like this, u will take little bit of ur rice.This will make big difference. Then take more fruits and vegetables.

    And then it is very important , u should avoid fried items and sweets.

    Remaining everything is good which ur following.

    Keep it up. All the best for ur great effort.

    I am not able to update because of net connection.

    Still I am struggling to reduce my weight.

    4th April my weight - 76 kilo
    now my weight is - 78 kilo.

    my weight is rolling like 75, 76 ,77 ,78, 79.. (within two months)

    I will update my food menu regularly still onwards.

    yes, you are right, Past two i avoid completely fried items.(but intake lot of white rice and also little bit sweets)

    Sambar rice with kootu - one cup
    manna kanchi - one cup
    tea
    dosai - 4

    hot water - 2 litres
    No exercise.

    Today menu,

    viva - 6.30
    coffee - 8.00
    oats with vazhaikkai porriyal - 10.00

    plan to eat

    manna kanchi - 1.00
    tea - 3.00
    Green tea - 5.30
    oats - 7.00

    exercise - no
    water - 3 litres

    Hi all, any body loosing weight kindly share it.
    it makes me support and to do effort continously.

    my menu will be mostly morning and night ragi dosa with chutney and mid day with meals and kootu.

    i don't tried exercise. seriously going to try that too hereafter.
