    My daily weight loss menu - Share yours too!

    I want to lose 15 kg. I had tried to lose it for more than 2 years but i can't stay motivated to lose weight, so thought to join groups who have like minded peoples.

    Sharing here my daily weight loss menu correct me if i done anything wrong.

    Morning: 3 ragi dosa with chutney
    Snacks: Tea
    Afternoon: Meals with vegetables
    Water: 2 liters

    hi me too trying to lose weight for last 3 years. i have to reduce 8 kgs. i tried lot but i can't reduce. now trying with exercise.

    ஹாய் தோழிகளே! நானும் தங்களைப் போலவே ஒரு வருடமாக முயன்று கொண்டே இருக்கின்றேன். எடை கூடுவதும் குறைவதுமாகவே இருந்து வந்தது. இப்போது எனது டயட் பிளான் ஒன்றுதான். டெய்லி நிறைய தண்ணீர் குடிப்பது,கீரை,தயிர் போன்றவற்றை அதிகமாக உணவில் சேர்ப்பது,முடிந்தவரை கலோரிகள் அதிகமானவற்றை உண்ணாமல் தவிர்ப்பது; ஒருவேளை கண்ரோல் மிஸ்ஸாகி சாப்பிட்டு விட்டால் உடனே சூடாக இஞ்சி டீ குடித்துவிட்டு வழக்கமாக செய்யும் நடைப்பயிற்சியை சற்றே அதிகரிப்பது. இவ்வளவே! இன்னும் உபயோகமான தினமும் இலகுவாக என்னால் செய்யக்கூடிய வழிமுறைகளை நீங்களும் பகிர்ந்தால் எனக்கு மிகவும் உபயோகமாக இருக்கும்.

    for weight loss, daily milk tea kudippatharku pathilaaga green tea kudippathu nallathu. green tea, is a brilliant agent in weight loss.

    then fried items, milk products, mutton, chicken, fatty fish, potatoes(including chenai kilangu, maravalli kilangu, etc) & other fat items ithaiyum thavirthu kollungal....

    thinamum 20 kg idaikku 1litre water enru ungal idaiku erpa thanneer arnthungal.

    oru velai mattume rice/rice products sapidunga matra iru velaigalil wheat produts sapidunga....

    mukkiyamaaga thinamum oru half an hour xcercise pannunga.

    kandippa ungaluku weight reduce aagum... sometimes sila peroda udambu vaaku ku weight reduce aagumaa nu theriala.... if u wish try this....

    itha en relative follow panni weight loss pani ippa perfect weight la irukkaanga.....
