    i want to follow your diet and i want to know that can i have home made curd along with 1 wheat capaati(can find bran here) with dal for lunch?? and what is bhuna chana??

    Hi Sonali!

    Bhuna channa means 'Dry roasted Channa'. In tamil it is called as 'Pottu Kadalai'. In South India, normally, while preparing coconut chutney, people use this channa. I have given below the image, which will be useful to understand.

    Thank u Sumathi Srini.... i want to know one more think that which time should i workout as i cant be able to exercise at the morning...​

    Hi Sonali!

    Though it is good to exercise in morning hours, the best time for all of us to exercise is the time that is free of interruptions, when we have sufficient energy and body temperature, and that can allow us to exercise as consistently as possible over the long term.

    , but i m not able to do exercise in the morning so plz advise me some other time when i can do exercise as not abel to do at the morning time.​

    Hi Sonali,

    If you are not able to work out in the mornings, you can do it in the evenings or nights also.

    But the main thing which is to be noted is your stomach should be empty, while you work out.It should be minimum 2 hours after any food.

    Because, if you stomach is filled with food, your blood circulation will be concentrating only in digesting the food . And for your exercises, more of blood circulation and the work of muscles are much needed.

    That is why, we tell to exercise in the early morning, due to which the ENDORPHIN secretes a lot, which keeps our brain hale and healthy, for the whole day.

    Hi Sonali, whenever you find time at least one hour everyday (please note consistency, regularity and complete dedication are more vital) do the exercise. But that time shall be completely dedicated for exercise only. plan and do it you will get better results. all the best. thank you!
