    GM Diet Plan - Day 6!!

    GM Diet Plan - Day 6 - Return of Chick Peas & Veggies(No Potatoes)
    GM Diet Day 6 is another day with high protein diet Paired with more of Veggies. So enjoy this Cheat Day to the fullest.. The Wonderful thing is that your Whole body Starts to function better, even Your skin gets an Amazing Glow..

    In General, Beef + Veggies Can be taken on this Day.. Our Version ie Indian Version of GM diet is very very Close to the Original Except the Intake of Beef in Day 6.

    For Veg: Soyabean, Beans (Chickpeas, Red Kidney beans etc.), Dal/Lentil soup, Paneer/Cottage Cheese acts as a Substitute to Beef.
    And for Non Vegetarians: Egg Whites, Fish can be great.

    As Said Earlier, Day 6 - Brown/White rice and vegetables.
    Brown/white rice with veggies, but Say No to potatoes.
    It is best to have cottage cheese and soybean curd in vegetable bowls.

    Now, Giving you here the Detailed Portion..

    GM Diet Day 6 - Breakfast(8:00-9:00 AM)
    Veg Soup or A Cup of Boiled Chick Peas or Red Kidney Beans With a Sliced tomato. This will keep the stomach heavy and full for most of the day.

    GM Diet Day 6 Lunch (12:00-1:00 PM)
    Half Plate of Boiled Brown Rice may be consumed during lunch time with a bowl of boiled Beans(Mentioned Above) or a Bowl of Veg Soup. Plus a Glass of Water.

    GM Diet Day 6 Dinner(7:00-8:00 PM)
    Beans With a Sliced tomato.

    GM Diet Day 6 Midday Snacks and Beverages
    Mid morning Snack (10:30 AM-11:00 AM) Afternoon Snack (4:00-4:30 PM)

    Its recommended to take on the Greens during mid-mornings and Beans during afternoons.

    On this Day, the only beverage allowed is water(Including Coconut Water). Drink up to 14 glasses of water on this day. Water keeps the lost sweat replenished and the senses rejuvenated.
