hi i am new here. i had studied different articles here and motivational tips for losing weight for the last one week. now registered. here is my question. i will be happy if i get answered. i am trying to lose weight for more than 2 years, but i cant even reduce a kg. i tried, yoga, exercises, diet, eating oats. but no use.

what are all things, foods, fruits vegetables i have to avoid when i am trying to losing weight.
