Ingredients
- Rice flour – 1 cup
- Water – as required
- Salt – as needed
- Oil
- Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Method
- Add the rice flour with little salt into the boiling water and twist it to form a dough.
- Add little amount of the dough to the idiyappam presser.
- Grease idli plates with ghee or oil and press some of the dough onto it.
- Then Add some grated coconut on top.
- Steam for almost 5-10 minutes. Then Serve with sweetened coconut milk & Sugar.
