Ragi Idiyappam Recipe for Weight Loss

Ingredients

  • Rice flour – 1 cup
  • Water – as required
  • Salt – as needed
  • Oil
  • Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup

Method

  1. Add the rice flour with little salt into the boiling water and twist it to form a dough.
  2. Add little amount of the dough to the idiyappam presser.
  3. Grease idli plates with ghee or oil and press some of the dough onto it.
  4. Then Add some grated coconut on top.
  5. Steam for almost 5-10 minutes. Then Serve with sweetened coconut milk & Sugar.
